Blackberry Hill Road,
Los Gatos, California. Above
the clouds
A 30-acre ridge-top estate with views across Silicon Valley, staged to match its scale and later cast in a film.
See before and afterPerched on its own 30-acre ridge in the Los Gatos hills, this custom estate looks out across all of Silicon Valley.
Twelve-foot ceilings, huge open living spaces, an executive wine lounge, a commercial elevator and wide outdoor decks make it a true showstopper. Our challenge was to match that scale while making the home feel inviting, turnkey and easy to live in.

Furniture at the scale of the house
Standard furniture gets lost in rooms with twelve-foot ceilings and ten-foot walls of glass. We chose substantial, low-profile pieces sized to each room, so the furniture anchors the layout without competing with the views.
Large-scale art and dramatic florals fill the main living spaces and the tasting lounge, and the seating connects to 2,000 square feet of covered terraces, so buyers could picture quiet mornings and big evening gatherings.

A Hollywood-style debut
The estate’s private, winding drive and cinematic setting inspired Offer Deadline, an action short film by New Win Productions about racing to deliver a purchase offer before time runs out.
The production made the most of the property: a helicopter arrival, a stunt rider on the mountain roads, a messenger on horseback crossing the hillside and a Top Chef appearance in the commercial-grade kitchen.
