Encore Staging Services, Inc (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional home-staging and related software services. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information—including data obtained via Google APIs—when you visit https://www.encorestagingservices.com (“Site”) or use our staging-automation tools (“Services”).
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide directly – name, email, phone number, property address, staging preferences, and any files or notes you upload.
- Automatically collected information – IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and interaction logs via cookies or similar technologies.
- Google user data (OAuth)
When you grant permission through Google OAuth, we may receive:
• Calendar event metadata (title, date/time, location, description)
• Gmail message metadata (subject, sender, date) only when you use our optional “Send Staging Updates” feature
We do not access email bodies or attachments unless you explicitly attach them through the interface.
3. How we use the information
- Schedule on-site consultations, installations, and pick-ups.
- Generate staging proposals, invoices, and status notifications.
- Improve, troubleshoot, and secure the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
Google user data is used solely to (a) display calendar availability inside our dashboard, and (b) send the status emails you initiate. 4. How we share information
- Trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) where necessary.
- Government authorities if required by law or court order.
We never sell personal or Google user data to third parties and do not share it for targeted advertising.
5. Data retention & deletion
We retain information only as long as needed to deliver Services or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@xyzstaging.com; calendar data and Gmail metadata obtained via OAuth are purged automatically within 30 days of revocation or account deletion.
6. Your choices & rights
- You can revoke our Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- You may access, correct, or delete personal data by contacting us (see Section 10).
- You can disable cookies in your browser; note that some features may not work.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards—including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), HTTPS HSTS enforcement, least-privilege access controls, and regular security audits—to protect data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure. 8. Third-party services
Our Site may link to external services such as Stripe for payments or social media platforms. Those services have separate privacy practices; we encourage you to review their policies.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any updates on this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
