When does the staging period officially begin?
The staging contract term begins on the day staging is fully completed. For example, if installation starts on Monday and finishes on Tuesday, day one begins on Tuesday.
How long does installation take, and when should we schedule photography?
Standard homes under 2,000 square feet typically take one day, while larger properties require two full days. For your listing, we will need to reserve up to two days to accommodate fine-tuning or unexpected delays.
To ensure the home is completely picture-ready, please schedule all professional photography starting on Day 3.
What furniture styles do you offer, and do you keep modern inventory in stock?
Across our two dedicated warehouses, we maintain an extensive inventory of modern and contemporary furniture and decor. While contemporary aesthetics are our specialty, we curate design schemes tailored to complement any architectural style, such as mid-century modern for Eichler homes.
How are repairs handled if damage occurs during installation or removal?
While we take the utmost care in every property, we fully cover and resolve any accidental damage caused by our team during staging or destaging. We can immediately dispatch our trusted handyman or reimburse you directly if you prefer to use your own contractor.
Do you provide professional photography for MLS and marketing?
We focus exclusively on home staging, but we partner with top-tier real estate photographers. We are happy to refer trusted professionals, including specialists who incorporate AI enhancement tools to highlight property lifestyle features.
Do you offer complimentary social media content?
Yes. As an exclusive value-add for our clients, we provide up to three professionally filmed and edited social reels at no additional charge:
• A pre-launch or installation-day teaser reel.
• An informal walkthrough property tour showcasing the staged listing.
• A post-sale celebration reel highlighting the final sales results before destaging.
Do you co-host or sponsor agent events?
Yes. You can choose between a sponsored Broker Tour or an evening Twilight Tour. We will coordinate dates with your launch calendar and provide complimentary appetizers, beverages, and supplies while co-hosting the event with you.
