Partial Home Staging

Great room staged by Encore Staging Services

Services. Partial home
staging

We stage the rooms that matter most, for homes that only need part of the picture.

What is included

Not every home needs every room staged.

Partial staging furnishes the key rooms only. During the walkthrough, your designer recommends which rooms to stage.

It also suits homes where the seller is still living, because we can plan around the furniture that stays.

What is included

One team handles every step, for the rooms you choose.

  • A designer walkthrough

Your designer walks the home with you and recommends which rooms to stage.

  • Furniture for the architecture

Across two warehouses we specialize in modern and contemporary pieces, and we tailor each scheme to the architecture, including mid-century designs for Eichler homes.

  • Installation and styling

Our crew installs and styles the chosen rooms, so the home is ready for photos and showings.

  • A 60-day term

Counted from the day staging is complete. If the home needs more time, extend week by week.

  • Damage during install or removal

We fully cover accidental damage caused by our team. We can send our trusted handyman, or reimburse you to use your own contractor.

  • Removal

When the home sells or the term ends, give us 3 business days’ notice and we’ll schedule removal at a time that works for you.

Three levels of staging

The level sets the furniture and the team behind it. Ask which one fits when you request a quote.

  • Regular

Great design for a limited budget.

  • Premium

Higher-end, more distinctive furniture and a specialized crew, for larger homes and bigger budgets.

  • Signature

For homes priced above $5 million, with one-of-a-kind pieces and a dedicated team.

“Their staging not only highlighted the best features of the homes but also created a warm and inviting atmosphere that potential buyers immediately connected with.”
